Welcome to SALL Hospitality! Our story is rooted in a rich blend of culture and culinary expertise, inspired by my journey as a Lebanese-Canadian chef. Born and raised in Lebanon, I developed a deep appreciation for authentic cuisine and hospitality. When I moved to Canada, I pursued my passion for the culinary arts by studying at both George Brown College and Liaison College, where I majored in Culinary and Hospitality Management. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse front-of-house and back-of-house positions within various restaurant chains, gaining invaluable experience while building lasting relationships with talented chefs and industry professionals. This journey ignited a vision to create SALL Hospitality, a consultancy dedicated to helping restaurants and hotels enhance their offerings and elevate their guest experiences. As I look ahead to my future projects, including my own restaurants and hotels, I am excited to share my knowledge and insights, fostering a community where exceptional food and outstanding service thrive.
